Rifling requires both, Machinery and and Military Tradition. Learn your own tech tree. Yes, slipped my mind there, but I thought Dutch just wanted to make Ironclads more easily available, thus reducing the tech requirement. My point though was just the name of the tech. I think we should limit the savage's upgrade to sword only, that way will reduce the mass usage of it.
