In america dsl for the most part is all ways dynamic and cable for the most part is all ways static its really just depends on the provider you use. I have dsl and i have a pay etra a month to have a static ip cause i hosting a web server and need the static ip.

with that being said, their is a rule saying "Dont leave before the throne dies (in Dota)" so by adding "Backdooring: this is a legitimate strategy (in dota)" should be considered the same thing right. I just see sooooo many people crying about backdooing when they dont even them...

If [ENT] DotA HR 1150+ -apem or arem was being hosted i would join that every time and would never even think about going non 1150+ games. this would all so give newplayers a place to play and learn. or if possible set elo brackets in game, as such once someone joins a game with say 1400elo it will ...

What might be better done is to host a full set of the 1150+ elo matches for dota. i think if they were hosted more, more people would play them and avoid the whole noob feeder avoidance.

is their any ways you guys can do like dotacash and use a filter to find games like how if u set map size small filter you only see dotacash games. that would be great and make it much easier to find games.
