How do you view the replays you download?

Looking for a team of decent players that hates teaming with the awful pubs out there and losing. My ELO is currently around 1200 (all pub games) but I honestly think if I didn't pub every single game it would be much higher. HMU.

Situation: I seemed to be banned. Nobody told me I was banned. I DC earlier today (shitty hotel internet), but I played games after that so idk what the reason is.
Why you should be unbanned: I didn't break any rules
