I mean if it's only Wintermaul lobbies, that means you're not banned by ENT. But if you're trying to join someone who frequently host this map, it's possible you've been banned by that user. You can check the lobby owner's name in ENT's games list.

No one in your team was toxic. In your latest game (LTD #85), you just left without any notice or whatsoever. Besides, they were trying to teach you the game, apparently, you didn't listen - hence they told you to leave. If you truly desire to be unbanned, admit your mistake.
