Gog did not get caught. In terms of rules, they have always been flexible. That is why we give 2 days ban for what might be 3 sometimes, ect.. It is based on the circumstances more-so than anything else. If someone does an extreme rule break, we often do longer ban than what is normal, and vice-versa.

What's more concerning to me are the the complaints on his attitude, not the ban itself. Whether or not there is any real evidence though is yet to be seen.
