Disagree, ELO doesn't take into account the skill level of the other players in the game. For example if I played every game with seacow as titan I would lose majority of those games and thus have a lower ELO than someone who versus a 1st gamer as titan every game but that gives no indication of the individual skill level of the player.

Not necessarily, If a person has <1000 elo there could be two possibilities, first being the person sucks. Second being that the person is trolling around all his games and loses them but when said person is playing serious the person becomes a legend, also the person might not care to fulfill the winning conditions each game he/she plays. Though the ratio of people under 1000 elo that sucks will probably over weigh those who troll.

Especially considering that quite of few of the top elo players gained the majority of it before the algorithm changed. Back when !is displayed elo you'd get 10+ for winning as builder even if titan was fluxy.

Negative elo is strongly correlated to being bad.
You guys can argree all you want that positive elo means nothing but it has literally nothing to do with what i'm saying.
