Anyone interested in doing something like
http://islanddefense.wikia.com/wiki/Island_Defense_Wiki on the wiki.entgaming?
I would like a collection of guides the community considers useful and in general some key infos, tools and places to go.
Perhaps pages about builders, etc.
I am willing to do the work but just wondering if anyone would like to have it. Yes/no?

I'm happy to help out with numbers / internal map details if required.

Looks interesting. Neco should add a trigger ingame announcing the ID wiki. I'm sure that's the best propaganda, if it happens to be finished.
EDIT: I'm going to work on it, do the above ^ :)

Trolling or actual doubts?

@Nigth2 The point is to have it on the wiki.entgaming tho, so we can freely work with the pages and are not restricted.

Not trolling, I really don't think it is worth the effort. The people that will read it are probably the people that wrote it and others that know the game really well already. I really doubt that there is anyone willing to learn Island Defense by reading up information on a wiki. Before (1.5 years back or more) people would want to learn that way, but that was because players had
some In-houses to play in and trash players (Like me back then) was wanting to learn how to improve to get invited to these In-houses. Now that there isn't really any reward for being good at Island Defense other than getting a fiercesome public reputation I don't really see why anyone would want to learn it.
The only reasons that I see this being useful
- The people that are porting Island Defense to other platforms get easy access to Island Defense data. (Like the DotA 2 people for example, but I think they already have the data they need.)
- Some oldie reading up on his former favorite game
But i guess you can do it if you want to, I am most concerned on Neco's time wasted though because all his Island Defense time should be devoted on updating the current version.
I might be completely wrong because I haven't logged onto Bnet in a while.

Just gives me something to do while I'm at work (can't work on ID here). Also is a nice place to document things... Although to be honest, I should probably be doing all that on my own site. I have a lot of plans for Island Defense maintenance but it's a constant struggle between spending time on the actual map and spending time on the development tools...
If I had someone else editing with me this would go a lot faster. Wonder if it's worth trying to find someone keen.

Internship, I don't get paid (but it counts towards my degree).
It may be worth finding someone else since then I can work on tooling independently of them working on the actual map itself.

Meh, less off-topic, please.
Anyway, what would you've in mind for an ID documentation on your website? Some fancy stuff or wiki-like things?
Obviously, this is nothing we need immediately - more like a little brain storming.
