How to use Wand In the game For both Titan and Builder?

Titan:
Titan can use wand to stop escape spell likkee: Teleportation ,Panic, dash anddd that shield that morphs has.
Titan can use multiple wands just in-case the first one fails
Titan can sell wands for 2 gold
Titan can find wands and sell for 2 gold
Titan may use wand whenever
Titan can buy the wand or it will drop by grinding on walls
Builder:
Builder may use wand in order to gain movement speed
Builder may also dispel titan wand by using workers by deto on the castor
Builder may item steal titan wand by using magic powers
Builder may sell wand to gain wood
Builder always have to have a wand just incase titan is wand user.
Please feel free to add more stuff which i tend to forget most of it

mound and chicken can indeed use wand, in fact i wrote an article about it at bgn, but u need some preparation.

Titan can use multiple wands just in-case the first one fails Wands got cds now.. that... sucks.......

Titan can still use multiple wands. Just learn how to micro-manage and give 1 to your minion. Increases the skill cap between shitty players and good players.

By that logic, if I spend all my gold on wands and just start using them all game between my main and 1 minion, am I one of the good players?

No, but people keep complaining they want a bigger difference in skill cap with items/skills. Same people complain they want wotw spam for everyone.

Sounds good. Could be useful in sieges to switch aggro and wait for AoE titan heal.

The suggestion Lynx made is broken, You can use like 4wands 5sec each and just wait for heal to be up.. and when minion get ganked you can just wand it and stall the time out so main titan can come. Want me to bring up more broken things?

Yeah, Demo is still broken, Radio is still broken, etc. This suggestion brings the skill cap. up without being too OP. Maybe you can nerf it by reducing duration to 3s.

Obv we should tweak the duration, I didn't specify for that reason.
