yea it stacks , with ice palace , uhhh sat crits other crit ult towers

It stacks, however if it crits three times at the same time, only the highest crit will be counted.

Basically, the crit. chance stacks, but the crit. multiplier does not. Same goes with other crit. skills/items like sat/morph's crit chance.
