unable to see games in wc3connect

I cannot see any games in the app of wc3connect but I can log in. If I open wc3, I can also see the games in the wc3 lan lobby, but i will get the error message of unable to join specified game if i try to join any. It seems like the sign up function is also not working for me. Thanks

Hi @saulgoodmannn you play on windows or MAC?
did you checked this link ? everything is explained.
