Firstly I shall refer to the topic viewtopic.php?f=42&t=109247.

I did all as Sir @SLSGuennter wrote.. :

And make sure you choose "english", and not "polski". You can decide this before you download.
It is not neccessary to see the website in english, i see it in german, and still can download all the different languages. "

But still I can not write nor see any talks on the chat.. Therefore I can not play lihl ;(

I read that it can be an issue with cracked windows versions aswell, you use an original one?

Yes @Jabba41 I spoke today with a Sweedish gey, he has same issue (so it is not only my problem)

You posted at battle.net forums already or asked blizzard ? Really no idea how to fix it if it doesnt work with another language

Sry for the late answer now skele ... but i dont have any other idea. Seems like you have to go to "blizzard.net" and ask the support there.
