Cannot host with obs slot.

Hello.
This afternoon I and my friends try to host a map with observer slots (Sunken City 2.3.7a). The map itself shouldnt have any problem (Since i have played it countless time with obs slot). But when I try to host it on ENT with the option "Add observer slots" checked, we can still enter the room, can still type !start and the countdown still goes off. But after the countdown finished, it kicked us out and send us back to the main battle.net interface.
How can i fix this problem?
