Disconnecting Risk Devolution

Every time I join a risk devolution game it disconnects me at the very beginning immediately. I have a fairly good computer and don't have any issues with any other game. Iv'e tried the Econnect option and have downloaded java script, added the web page to the security settings and for some reason it keeps telling me to re download java script.. even after I've accepted the program to run. Nothing seems to work.....

try to re-download the map. It will probably get fixed.
