Can't host over 8MB games?

I uploaded a map that is 8mb+ but ent refuses to host it yet you can still host maps that can weigh >30MB ?

map probably wasnt optimized for bot use, few maps have that sort of protection which is fixable in a few ways.

one being rebuilding the mpq.
