Help Setting up a Ghost++ Bot (or similar)

Postby 1B_Fantom » Thu Apr 19, 2018 6:18 pm

I am trying to get a placeholder bot for our clan channel, and hopefully one that can issue a few commands. I would like to have things such as ping, rankings, and users online. But most importantly it would just need to be able to stay online and run. I am not even sure if Ghost++ is the one that is still viable today.

However I have not operated a bot in almost a decade and I'm not sure the most efficient way to run one, or even where to start. I have extra CD keys so that's not a problem. But if there is someone who could walk me through it, or perhaps get one set up that would be greatly appreciated.

I am not against paying someone to help me with this and possibly add a few custom commands, so it will require a little bit of expertise.

Please let me know if there are any questions or concerns.

@1B_fantom

Stealthbot was the main channelbot used. Ghost++ is not for channels its for hosting games.

there is also MirageBot:

Though, I have not tested them on the new patch. MirageBot was abandoned ages ago so will probably not be updated if it doesn't work. But you should check out the stealthbot website and see if you can get stealthbot working.
