Re: ClassNotFoundException
You may want to check that Java is installed on your system, and that it is up-to-date with the most recent version.
Verify your java installation here (use internet explorer):
https://www.java.com/en/download/installed.jsp?detect=jre
If it is not currently installed, please use the following to download the most recent JRE onto your system.
https://www.java.com/en/download/
Please let us know if you're still having problems.

Re: ClassNotFoundException
I still have the same problem, but the verification of Java said that I have the recommended Java installed (Windows 8 Update 171), which is the latest update.

Re: ClassNotFoundException
Try the following:
The above is meant to see if your windows firewall is blocking any of the required components for ENTConnect to run.
If ENTConnect ends up working after disabling your firewall, we can be certain that you'll need to make exceptions in your firewall settings for it to function while your firewall is enabled.
@jaqa09
- Open control panel
- Click System and Security
- Open Windows firewall
- Finally, click to turn Windows Firewall off

Re: ClassNotFoundException
The only other potential solution is to attempt a reinstall of your Java install.
The issue itself has to do with the app being unable to locate the specified class file once it's transversed through the described file path.
Other than what I've described above, I'm unaware of how to resolve your issue unfortunately.
