Hi.
I haven't been able to connect to ent games, while on battle.net so i tried your solutions (gproxy and gproxy dll).
Ever since i've put the gproxy dlls into my pc, i haven't been able to connect to battlenet anymore. I've reinstalled the game, rebooted the system several times, deleted everything war3 related then reinstalled, changed instal folder, etc. all i could think of.
I still get the same error, Could not connect to bnet. You may be trying to connect to an invalid battle.net server.
I have no ideea what to do anymore, i don't think even a windows reset would help, i think blizzard keeps some sort of cfg online with your settings when you reinstall since every time i reinstall my game volume is muted (default is 100%).
Please help.
Thanks...
proxies and stuff ruined my game

Try to connect to USWest.
But, you are likely IP restricted. You could test that with a BnetDiagTool. Usually these bans are no longer than two weeks.

Is this still and issue?
If it is, you can attempt the following to see if resolves your problems:
- Remove all GProxy DLL and GProxy Varlock files from your computer
• Attempt to reconnect via official realms.
• You can try redownloading once again should you so desire. - Remove all registry entries for Warcraft III (This will reset all locally saved settings, such as music/sound)
• Press the windows button, and type "regedit"
- Click to open regedit
• Navigate to the following pathCode: Select all
Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Blizzard Entertainment\Warcraft III
• Right click the Warcraft III directory and click "Delete"
- Alternatively, try just deleting the "gateway" entry when clicked on Warcraft III
