Delete archol and hehaoyuan

Greetings, is there a way to delete the accounts in the forum (archol and hehaoyuan) including the linked stats and records?

To verify, you wish to have the following forum accounts removed/deleted.
1. archol
2. hehaoyuan

Do note, we will need some verification that you're archol prior to deleting that forum account.

Also need to verify that you wish to have the in-game information wiped as well for the following accounts
1. archol#entconnect
2. hehaoyuan#entconnect

Do note, this will need to be verified as possible by the Staff Department as they handle a majority of what you're requesting.
