No ISP / proxy suspicious

Hi!
When I try to enter a game I get told that I am banned because of "no isp / proxy suspicious". I played games on this computer earlier today and have played on this internet at other times, so that should not be the issue. I made a ban appeal and got told by staff that I was unbanned, but I still get the same message when i try to enter games.
