unable to see games in wc3connect

Hi, I got a problem today with wc3connect after a computer crash. I downloaded the new wc3connect and tried multiple reboots and the problem still exists. Basically I cannot see any games in the app of wc3connect but I can log in. If I open wc3, I can also see the games in the wc3 lan lobby, but i will get the error message of unable to join specified game if i try to join any. It seems like the sign up function is also not working for me. It's not a problem from anti-virus or firewall after checking. Anyone may have experienced similar issues or any idea?
