Any further thoughts: So, Slardar chooses to blatanly try to VK abuse Ember throughout game and flaming us on how we are going to get banned. Ember is a new player and I had him on my team the game right before this one. Instead of me flaming him all game I actually tried to help him by giving him advice on items etc. You will see in chat that at no point does soybeen try to give him any advice whatsoever but just flames him all game and continues with his mass threats to ban us. Sure he was 3-14 but with 16 assists and was a big part of why they won the game. I have been banned for VK abuse before and due to reasons like kicking a player just like this so I know I have learned my lesson and I actually helped him with advice in the previous game but soybeen is known to due this on a daily basis and clearly hasn't learned the distinction of when to VK a player when giving them no advice whatsoever or making 0 attempt to do so.

As I've mentioned on the post above ember was new player, but from view of soybeen it could be seen as that he is just bad and his score was indeed at point of ruin. However he did not intentionally feed or refuse to cooperate, which is only case that he should be vk'd you should know this by now since i see previous history from you regarding vk.

I'm not even taking vk against ember in to consideration but above 2 were clearly vk abuse. Now I'll be generous that vk against ember even though it was not legitimate vk, ill not punish you for those vk since he did play bad/die alot even though it was clearly not intentional.

Soybeen banned 3 days for vk abuse+ flame [2nd offence regarding vk abuse + quite some flame]

@emperor consider yourself warned as well since you started vk against soybeen, if there was more vk against him i would have banned you as well

As side note if you wish for another mod to view this it will probably be beerlord or seri since they are experienced dota mod and fair, however if beerlord , seri feels like further/longer ban should be put then amount of ban could indeed change since i gave very generous ban time regarding this request.
