Any further thoughts:
The violator did not mention what the modes would be before we started playing and he made these unnatural, game ruining modes to either troll people or just so he can get a huge ELO win. My teammates and I lose 28.5 points for a lousy 4 minute game and I don't think that's fair at all. I attached the replay as well and you can see he picked northern and probably has done this before other times by spamming the sieging northern ultimate. I just want this guy banned for a long time because he can't get away with things like this and he ruined the game for everyone.
