About leavers, old and new accounts

Lately it happens often that player with good stats just leave the game when something goes wrong for him and instantly join next game before ban comes for him. There is probably a way to trick the system in some way.
Can someone tell me how exactly works autoban system - played games/left games/duration?

# of played game, % stay rate from games, # of recent games left = duration. Yes, it is possible for people to join the next game before the ban is put in place.

- but even if you instant join the game u dont dodge the bann, it just appears a bit delayed - in this case probably after the 2. Game.

u just might not get banned if u played alot of games with superb stayrate
