As the titel says. For some reason wc3 is locked on 30 fps since the new update. The game is playable but it's very unconfortable due to stuttering. Any solution for this?

using nvidea geforce 750ti 2gb

+ I havent seen any difrence part from when tabed out the screen laggs.
And wc3 isnt really known for epic grafics so unless it's unplayable I dont understand the problem.("very unconfortable" would be unplayable) The game mostly laggs when the files maps and so on become toobig anyway cuz of how the game is made.
