From Starcraft 1 remastered to Warcraft 3 remastered? (((1.28)))

I've been talking about that with some people yesterday and I was surprised to find out they didn't even hear about Starcraft 1 remastered:

Remastered means:
-Polished graphics (2d-3d)
-New Battle.net (new interface, connectivity with your bnet friends list from WoW, hearthstone, etc.)
-Resolution and mechanics adapted to 2017 (the game was made in 1998)
-New Map Editor
-??? That's all I know for now


Now, about the rumors: Patch 1.28 came to Warcraft 3 this week and some of us at problems running the game and couldn't even be playing for a few days. The thing is this patch wasn't a normal patch, nothing is really different than 2 weeks ago aside from one thing: Blizzard is testing things and collecting data with this patch in order to do something else...

Could this mean we're getting a Warcraft 3 remastered?
