Colored Name

Hello, I've been playing with a colored name for about a month or so and nobody complained about it until today. I was told it was illegal so I head over to the rules and I interpret it that its illegal if its difficult to read. Mine is shiny green and easily to read.

Account policy: Even though Blizzard has allowed usage of color and symbols in accounts as of 2017/02, using any accounts with color (black, white, etc.) and/or symbols (and/or a combination of symbols) which are difficult to read (|, spaces, etc.) are subject to ban by ENT's discretion.

Do I need to make a new account? Im not a pro gamer but I got like 200 games played and don't want to make a new....


Edit; I even played several games with mods and they have not warned me or complained about my name either.

What exactly have they complained about? The color in general or other things?

And what is the name? if its a word that you can read it should not be a problem. Some names might be hard to read at some moments in some maps but unless you try to name yourself as a dot or a color that ingame (all the time) is hard to see (and there for !votekick) it is mostly fine.

But as you said you have been using it for long time and if staffmembers themselfs didnt think about it and it's probably fine

u can also create a new account then swap stats from old to new

If he/she have to swap yes, need to have both accs validated for that to work tho
