Why isn't this consider a bannable offensive yet?

I know this section is not for posting any suggestion, but why isn't bat's oil + urn consider a bannable offense even though it's a well known bug that map developer for v6.83 doesn't taking account to the fact that it is.
I'm not sure why ENT isn't considering it, but I had my doubt when someone said it's not overpower at all when it comes to securing early-game, and it's all about late game.

There was a discussion regarding this exact bug, and the conclusion was that it is, indeed, bannable. It falls under the "Do not glitch" category.

Feel free to report such games.

If bat is only using it to heal himself or his allies, tho, then that's another story.
