Question regarding ban verdict

I noticed in this successful ban where a tiny got the ban hammer for tossing teammates into the fountain. Interestingly they also got a relatively long ban duration for it (more than a typical game ruin).

However, ent rules clearly state

The following are fully acceptable:

Backdooring: This is a legitimate strategy.
Taking enemy team's items when dropped.
Leaving when there is less than four players on either team.
You may use spells/items on teammates to push them into the fountain when they are fountain farming.
Fountain farming is allowed. If you don't like being fountain farmed, then !ff

I certainly support the existing ENT rule, but regardless, the mods need to have a consensus on the rule and either uphold it or officially change it.

That was an incorrect ban.

Unfortunetly the ban already expired. However I added a note in the users history to indicate the ban should not be taken into account for future warnings.

Thanks for clarifying! I didn't want this to come off as sounding like a complaint which is why I posted it just under general discussions. I appreciate the work that you do trying to clean up the outstanding bans. I was more just curious if this was a recent rule change since things like batrider-urn, and fountain sylla relatively recently got enforced. Nothing I love more than wrecking my teammate's k/d by forcing them into the fountain who has been sniping kills all game.

If this is the game I think it is, the first toss was not fountain farming. There was a fight occuring at the bottom rax, scourge heroes chased sentinal heros to the fountain, and the toss occurred then.

The entire team no.. but whenever the chance is given (aka they try to fountain farm), i dont even think twice before pushing/tossing/punching them in
