Whitelist Indonesian account

Hello Until,

I was asked to ask you for a favour.

I came across a kind dude from Indonesia, claiming that his whole country is banned, and that he has no choice, but to play from VPN... Could you be able to whitelist his account?

His nickname is kohai - https://entgaming.net/customstats/legio ... yer/kohai/

It's hard to have solid games without lags, desyncs on most VPN's alongside some other issues, as you can guess.

I see zero banned joined attempts on that username with regards to VPNs.
As it is not on our end, then he likely still has issues on his end.
