[DOTA] ent91 Encouragement

Postby Fangorn » Thu Aug 22, 2013 1:03 am

ent91, dota ap euro bot

Please stop stacking to my team. This goes for admins aswell (agreements and beerisbeer with their smurfaccounts).
Stacking leads to unbalanced games, aswell as those +0.1elogames. In nearly every game, I recieve flames, accused for "stacking". Typically, I would join scourge as the game is empty. When the game is +5, scourge is filled up. Now there is no point in playing basically, as, in most cases, scourge constists of 5 regular players. Ironically the staffmembers who want to hide stats, stacks.....

Instead of relying in others, tell yorself that you are going to do your best, hence the result is inevitable. This is the way of improving your game. Play against those who are better than you, instead of having an easy game where you are being carried.

See you on ent91

with their smurfaccounts

Several times with your smurfacc cloudish and some of your other accs I can't remember right now. The site to bust smurfers were shut down, aswell as the !alias tool. Maybe this has something to do with smurfing admins, I don't know.
Also, beer(or his flameaccount iamz) is a notorious stacker, although seems to have understood that I don't concur lately. Admins should contribute to fair and balanced games.

If you are asking what I want from the staff, it's this: adapting to the playerbase. I have tried with suggestions regarding this, but all were blatantly denied. Why put effort into HR-games, when there aren't enough players(nor the skillevel)? Why aren't there more admins that play DotA(not the fun version)? - More active ingame admins is needed.

Even though I'm not a DotA player, stacking isn't in general stacking. I mean players whom stack are players that obviously are friends, play together, skype etc. I mean stacking shouldn't even be considered in games like these. They're strategically based games and should be played for fun, not confusing statements or boring accusations.

Hey, I got an idea. Since u want a challenge, how about stop playing only in euro hosted games and play on us servers instead, where u face way better players, and u will get more elo if u win?

That made no sense whatsoever...

Stacking is when you have high elo players join 1 team to play vs average/noobs to have a 99.9% certain win.

Fangorn's point is that his games are high risk, 0 reward. If by some chance someone fucks up big time, or someone multi accounts on the other, he loses max amount of elo, whilst if he wins, he gets lowest possible count.

In regards to the rest of the topic: High skill level games shouldn't only be hosted on the US bots. Everyone knows ping matters in MOBA games, and having 70-110ms higher ping than your opponents, is a major issue in every aspect of the game.

Make IH games available for EU, the apem euro games could be removed anyways, as all the 30cs noobs join regular games anyways....

It's true that I play with 200 or higher ping on us bots, so I can't play Invoker for example, that needs zero delay. But I'm having more fun when i play with more competent players.
As for the 30cs noobs, when i play hard support, I may finish a game with 10 cs or so, but still make my team win. Just saying. Maybe playing support makes your stats look bad, but that doesn't mean u can't beat elo-whores if u decide to play carry :P

If you have 100 games played, and have 30 cs, with 3/7/2 KDA, you're a noob, no matter how you twist and turn.
We all know supports dont pick up cs, that's besides the point. I agree, elo has very little to do with how good someone are, OH WAIT...

Invoker is only the tip of the iceberg. SK, rylai, lina, kunkka, sf that can deny all creeps with 0 delay and a good player on him. etc etc.. It's shit that we have to play with fucking noobs that should be in -em games when all you have to do is remove the -em games for euro, and open up for IH instead with vouched players.

Ya, I agree with that. Even as a support i usually never have negative k/d. It's not a support's job to feed the opponent carry :P We can though, if we find some time in the future, to start a euro hosted league, so we will be able to play real matches with no delay ;) I think Beer, Hunter and Agreements would join us...

Great suggestion. Playing on the us/ca bot is out of the question, as the constant delay is worse than on the ap euro bot.

And why should we contribute for fair-game, when you yourself don't even do that either?

Elaborate?

#2 edit: This is what I hate most: nupps that goes !sd - stacks - then ingame, they think they can claim mid. The worst case scenario is if these lowbobs doesn't leave mid when asked, ruining the game

If they call mid and then you try to take it from them and end up dual mid, looks like you're the one ruining the game, as well as being a jerk.

Cloudish has played 6 games with you. 4 on opposite teams, 2 on the same team. So I dunno what you're talking about...

If they call mid on top of being lowbobs, you got yourself a sure loss. Such players that go !sd on everyone, are in most cases very bad players, with no understanding of the game, and surely not how to play mid. So the real "jerk" is the nupp claiming and risking mid. In the eurobot, most people respect the better players, but this is more of a problem in the us/ca bot, where every nupp goes "solo mid" in the beginning of the game.

On the admin stackers part; the admins doesn't only have one smurfacc, in case you didn't know. And the worst adminstacker is beerisforbears.
