where is changelog 6.83

where do i find all the changes from 6.81 to 6.83. need to get used to the map. i just played a game of naix and im used to ulting a creep and being able to stall time but now the enemy can kill the creep so its almost useless.
I want to see all the hero changes, items, everything changed. thanks.

thx. i think everyone used to 6.81 should check this out. i found it pretty cool pudge lvl 1 hook starts at 1000 range.
