Maphack?

I was playing my favorite custom map Vampirism Beast and I noticed 2 incidents that seemed suspicious. I called him out saying he maphacks to which he denies.

Times
8:05 - he detonates his works as I lay a grave to kill his workers
12:45 - teleports to the top randomly deploys bouncers as I teleported top

Let me know so I can rub it in his face =)

Oh the player is named FishingBoats.
