Yes. A Diablo update was supposed to take a few hours and be done by 12 PST. They are now 5 1/2 hours past when they expected this to be fixed. Clearly they fucked something up and we all get to pay for it.

Basically, the Diablo maintenance / patch is affecting all classic games servers to be down.
HiveWorkshop.com representative, Chieftain of Clan THW @ Northrend.
Also member on Diplomunion.com, Brigandshaven.net, GamerIsle.org, and more.

There is no current ETA on when the bots will be back online for all realms. Some of the bots are currently online for some realms, and you can check out this spreadsheet should you wish to navigate the official/unofficial servers to play your desired game.

Do note, this spreadsheet is not real time and I update it at my leisure.
