Why are you banned: Refusing to kick
Why you should be unbanned: Apparently, there were a votekick for a player and even if I refused to kick maybe it was just because our team were not justified to kick the opponent player. AS it is clear from my stats I have been playing in this realm for so long and I do respect all the rules. In that particular case, either it was not fair to kick the opponent player or I misunderstood. Overall, my intentions were not on any purpose to ruin the game and I would appreciate if you reconsider the Ban. However, my flatmate is using the same IP address and he is banned too, and it will not be fair for him. Therefore, I gently ask you to unban us please so we can play and enjoy the game.

Shared ip is shared responsibility. This is the thread where you were banned. Why did you not kick the person that everyone else in the game was voting for?

I do not know which game it is indeed. Can you please remind me. As far as I am concern I respect all the rules, and I usually !yes when everyone is kicking one person. I even tried to check my last 10th games I still could not find which game is this. I would appreciate if you help me with this and I make sure it wont happen again.

Man, He was playing and if you check the link, in min 60 the guy asks for what item to get. Additionally, even If I did not kick, I did not have any intentions, it was only because I was thinking its an abusive Ban and I was preventing from getting ban but I actually got banned. From my point of view, it was not obvious at all that he is AFKing, you can see it only after the game. Nowadays, when there are bad players in a team, the team mates want to kick them to take advantage of the extra gold. Again I am mentioning, that I do understand my mistake and it was not intentional at all. Therefore, I would appreciate if you reconsider the ban and unban me so I can play game now.

General Rules
Do not spam during games (chat, ping, etc.).
Do not flame, rage, troll, or insult other players excessively.
Do not leave before the game has certainly ended, especially if no other player has left.
Do not delay a game from starting by joining/leaving multiple times or otherwise.
Do not lie about modes. If you intend to choose a non-default mode or if there is no known default mode, announce the mode in lobby or vote ingame/in lobby.
Do not deceive players about rules in an attempt to get them banned (note, !draw is not an obligation, but a vote).
Any form of votekick abuse.
Do not ruin the game on purpose:
Do not teamkill (ex. blocking, maliciously using spells, destroying/hiding/stealing/massing items, selling towers, etc).
Do not go away from keyboard for an excessive amount of time, especially without telling other players beforehand, and/or refuse to play the game in an attempt to ruin it. Neither are you allowed to grief by resetting the afk timer.
Do not feed or suicide on purpose which negatively affects the game.
Do not save or pause the game while playing in order to distract players and hinder gameplay.
Do not ghost by leaking information to your enemies/opponents.
Do not purposely glitch or exploit the game.
If teammates shared control, do not abuse it.
Do not dodge your bans. Dodging is defined as playing on a different account while being banned on another account, often by a (purposely triggered) change of the IP. Dodging is considered a major offense equal to maphacking.
The use of any utility that hides your real IP (proxies/vpns, etc.).
The use of any utility (FCD, maphack, stream sniping, etc.) that gives you an unfair advantage over other players will result in a heavy ban.
Do not multibox. Using two computers/two accounts to be in one (and the same) game as one human being is not allowed.
Do not impersonate any Enterprise Gaming authority (be it a staff member or our bot).
Do not threat or mock community members and do not ddos or dox them.
Account policy: Even though Blizzard has allowed usage of color and symbols in accounts as of 2017/02, using any accounts with a bad readable color (black, white, etc.) and/or symbols (and/or a combination of symbols) which are bad readable (|, spaces, etc.) are subject to ban by ENT's discretion.

Votekick Rules
For flaming/verbal conflicts, use bot command, !ignore <name>, and/or bnet command, /squelch <name> , instead. Squelching will also block whispers.
Do not spam or randomly start !votekicks, do not !votekick to avoid being kicked, and do not !votekick without proper reasons. Votekicks are ban-able even if they are not passed since negative intentions can still be assessed and misusing it can lead others to misuse it. Kicks and bans are enforced based on how severe the rule has been violated. ENT keeps the right to enforce punishments as warning.
Do not abuse !votekick: its only purpose is to kick game ruinners who violate ENT's rules and negatively impact the game for either or both teams in the game.
You are obligated to !votekick any player that has broken any of ENT's rules. If someone or several indicate that a particular player is game ruining, you, as a player in the game, are obligated to question/check about the situation/claim.
If a votekick is initiated to kick a visible game ruiner, all players are obligated to !yes.
It is possible to game ruin by being new. In this case, votekick will only be valid if the new player refuses to learn and cooperate. Just because someone is a newbie or bad does not mean he is intentionally game ruinning.
Maphack can only be confirmed once the replay is reviewed after a game. Therefore, it is invalid to initiate a votekick on someone solely due to suspicions.
When you initiate a !votekick, you should clearly explain "Who" and "How" the violator is game ruining via all chat.
You are free to refuse to votekick someone when there is lack of evidence/visible rule violation. However, communicate your decision via all chat, too.
If you are unsure that someone on the opposite team is game ruinning, ask the other team for clarification via all chat.

You are responsible for your own vote. Voting for something means you agree with it. You are accountable for what happens with your vote.
