He said he will make another account, can Ent do ip range ban ?

Hi.

Ok, so basically brood went afk at fountain. We told him he will get ban, then he went like: I'll just make another account.

So, can ENT do ip range ban just for afk ? Cause if not then I think it's not worth for me to lose 20 mins to watch replay and write ban request for him, while he will just spend 2 mins to make another account.

@22feederleaver22 First step: Post a ban request and he might get banned.
Second step: He dodges, you report/mods monitored it.
Third step: Range-ban for afking due to dodging.
