Bugs with Dota after the new patch

I've experienced a few bugs after the patch. The clarity and healing pot don't seem to be working if you double click.

Also heard reports of urn not working properly or at all.

Anyone else experiencing these or other bugs? I'm especially interested about the urn bug.

same here no heal pots or clarity works fine, same with some textures on skills.
