Is team-kill fountain allow in dota?

I found out that if you die during winter wyrvern's transformation. It'll allow you to attack anything including fountain and your team! :D
Since lycan's bug was fixed, so i guess this is an alternative way. lol

I mean an alternative way to team-kill fountain. Lycan's bug already been fixed, except Winter Wyvern.
