No one here playing dota 1 wants it to play like dota 2. If we wanted to play dota 2, we'd play dota 2. Dracolich doesn't understand that. Also, lawl at dota 2. Because a game with one of the steepest learning curves needed to be made even steeper with 9 pointless new items. How do we even manage to have fun without enchanted mangos? Or troll items like moon shards that enable legit item destruction griefing?

Meepo is defective by design, especially in pub environments with less team coordination. There's a reason smurfs pick this guy and not riki or something. His supposed "weaknesses" aren't really weaknesses at all. If he's so hard to micro, then why are there so many hotkey wizards having no trouble at all? If you "only" have to kill 1, then why is it so hard to get every ally to attack the same meepo? Gee, maybe it's because we're not telepathically linked in the 5 seconds we have to do dmg before he kills everyone. There's also all this pathing wierdness as a swarm of meepo copies act like a wall for melee heroes to even reach the lowest meepo before taking massive dmg from him or his allies.

If you still don't understand this very valid point, let's pose a question. How many meepo copies would be imba? If it's not 5, then how many? 7? 10? 15? If it's hard to micro 5, then it should be even harder to micro 15. So let's give meeps 15 copies. Why 5. Where did the number 5 come from and based on what logic? It didn't come from logic, it came out of someone's bored ass trying to add another hero to the roster. This isn't Multiplicity starring Michael Keaton, it's dota. Everyone gets 1 hero. 1. Not 5. Not 15.

So what about hero and item counters? If he picks late or has the counters on his side, good luck counterpicking. You can book riki and sheep axe, but what item can help your team kill 5 meepos? Or even stop him from lane harassing towers and gold until he's twice everyone's level? And this is JUST him, he has 4 teammates, and you're running around the map trying to catch him as he tp poofs every lane back and forth.

Don't even get me started on slark. The entire map is his fountain and he steals so much agi DMG and AS that one horrible battle bones you into a cheap loss. There should never be skills that transfer stats, even temporarily. That idea is utterly ridiculous and turns otherwise beatable heroes into wrecking balls.

Do I sense a hint of anger? Please stop crying, you're making a puddle.

Kindly stay on topic. This thread is not a place for you to put your tears. Neither is it a place to discuss hero strategies.

Arc has 2 heroes, and can use items too, with separate CDs. Potentially 2.6X more use from midas than any other hero! Wait, he can reuse the same pot over and over again too? That should be banned! OMG, talk about OP. Lets remove him too huh?

And what about Invoker? He has 10 spells. TEN spells! T E N spells!!!!! Like wtf where they thinking. They must have been on some serious drugs when they decided to add him to the roster.

Anyway, lets get back to the point.

Rejoice! You can now afk jungle again, and your inability to last hit in lane no longer matters.

Vipassana: to see things as they really are. This meditation was rediscovered by Buddha more than 2500 years ago and was taught by him as a universal remedy for universal ills. This technique aims for the total eradication of mental impurities and the resultant highest happiness of full liberation
