A while back, divinerape/not2000elo argued that spectre leaving the map bounds was not a bug. He had no reason for this, but said that he icefrog had told him it wasn't a bug when he was beta testing the map. Check the link in my signature. I think a lot of the posts there got deleted, but people were making fun of him so much. People still quote it a lot.
