What game mode lets you pick hero thats already picked?

I remember once i played dota where you could pick hero that was already picked, having 2 or more same heroes on both teams . Does anyone know what game mode is this? It has to be with all pick with easy mode. I was told it was -apemsh but its not. Apemsh lets you pick 1 hero and everyone has to play that one hero.
