I just confirmed it locally. Having an enemy Riki at 100 HP while Bloodseeker is on your team (having skilled Thirst), makes all dust on him disappear instantly.

There appear to be more bugs with True Sight in Strygwyr's Thirst.
It looks like it only reveals invisible units below 15% HP. But according to Bloodseeker's ChangeLog in Liquipedia, it should reveal them all below 30%, regardless of their invisibility:
Furthermore, as stated above, it interferes with Dust, effectively removing it immediately from invisible units between 15% and 30% HP, or units that were healed back to over 30%.
P.S. It also looks like this change hasn't been implemented (with the exception of invisible heroes that see a dust icon):

(Invis reveal is half that) - 6.73
Thirst no longer partially reveals invisible heroes below 40% health
Thirst now fully reveals invisible heroes below 20% health

In game 12261584 @Lumberjackk reported that his BKB lasted only for 1 second.
Here's what I see in the replay:
29:52 Earthshaker blinks and stuns
29:54 LC activates BKB(5)
29:59 BKB goes off and Rhasta hexes LC
That's a total of 5 seconds.
@Lumberjackk @BOLBOL can you watch the replay and confirm?
It could be a network issue that parhaps made packets lag and then get transferred all at once, fast-forwarding game time and making it look like it was only 1-2 seconds. Did any of you experience any lag/spikes shortly before that moment?
If this was a map issue, it would be viewable in the replay.

Time: Around 1min before they ff, there was a fight beetween sk and naix + tiny, i joined the fight and i used dark pact once after that it became unusable(during the fight until the end of the game), the skill itself was darker and i coudnt click on it or use the key for it like if u are under doom but only that single skill everything else was fine.
I never had that bug before or have a clue how it happened.
Just wanted to let u know about it in case it happens again to someone.

Added this to the list to check and try to reproduce. Although it sounds pretty rare, I've never encountered it before.

meepo bug:
Double clicking BOT on the main meepo, teleports him to the closest location to where the boots were upgraded with the recipe.
So if you use a chicken to upgrade boots at top lane, it'll tp you to closest ally unit to that spot every time. If you sell BOT and buy a new one, it'll update to the new location where it was upgraded. 2ndary meepos are not effected, always TP to fountain.

Same or similar issue with arc warden.
It looks like you need to have skilled and possibly used your ult before it starts happening.
