Playing dota with intention

I realize when a lot of people play this game they play it mostly on auto pilot mode. In my opinion when playing this game you should have a game plan for each game. Having the wrong plan is better than having none, since having the wrong plan you're able to try and correct what's wrong next time but If you don't have one you're just shooting in the dark and are going for pure trial and error. Maybe eventually after 10000 games you will build enough intuition where you can tell the right plan without thinking about it. I don't think most people here are there yet. This is not meant to be as flame or to seem like I'm better than anyone else here although it was inspired by a recent game I had where no one was taking the lead or had any sort of plan. Sometimes the games are easy enough where the plan is simple and effective and there might be no need to communicate it because its so obvious. Other times its not simple and its usually what leads to people playing differently without having any cohesion on the team.

Or maybe this is a waste of time and people just prefer the drama over the actual game. I will however stand by the fact that when this game is played with intention its more fun for all involved.
