Need help finding warkeys

Hello everybody, recently I've started playing DotA and have been looking for a program called warkeys (not the one for items). warkeys.sourceforge.net seems to be dead. Any help would be appreciated

Using any third party program is a bannable offense. I'm not sure about warkeys.

@mariah warkeys are alowed ofc, why it will be forbiden? for me its very hard to play without warkeys.

@majinbuu if u want warkeys type on google warkeys for dota1 and find some good and download it dude.

Third part programs are not allowed in general, but Warkeys are allowed since it merely replaces one hotkey to another.

Whereas, Macros are banned since multiple keys/steps are eliminated (unfair advantage).

Arty's link is good to hotkey hero skills. The item hotkey option did not work last time i tried. If indeed so, use this one for inventory hotkey:
