An ELO question

Hey there. So I know sometimes it takes some time for ELO to take effect after you win or loss a game. But I noticed my score went down from about 1195 ELO to about 1186. I checked my previous rounds which have all been wins, so I was wondering if maybe there was an error? And if that sort of thing can be fixed? Thanks! :o

3 lost games on the 25th with rather high ELO. Did you take these into account?
