Octarian Core and Witch Doctor Ultimate

Does anyone know if Octarian Core will heal you from the damage of Witch Doctors Ultimate? If so, can you imagine???? Scepter, BKB, Oct Core and LVL 15 Chaos Ward bouncing healing you? Youd be unkillable.

damage source is ward, not you

it should work with bristle's spray though. If he already has 5-6 sprays out, he can get half his hp back in the next 2 sprays.
