Is it possible to have sticky topic about WC3 1.28

Hi there,
I have read bunch of topics about the Warcraft 3 patch 1.28 and no where can find a requirements to play the game or some steps, if users have issues. In my case, if I try to play with 1.27 I am dropped in max 2 minutes due to desync with state1 or state2 and get redirected to scores screen. I have tried to delete the map, also delete Warcraft and install it again. I am using java 8.1 with ent exception rule. If I use 1.28 I can not see the games.
Is it possible to have a sticky topic with FAQ about 1.28 or at least to help us fixing the issues?

C:\Warcraft 3\Warcraft III (this is my location, it may not be the same as yours) and find the Warcraft III Launcher.exe and run that. This is what allowed me to successfully update and play on 1.28.
