Any further thoughts:
before lvl 7 he clicked on king and did not control or say anything about us to take king, flaming us afterwards for not taking the king (we wasted a heal or maybe two unnecessarily)
at lvl 10 he intentionally solo sent to force us to send also, even tho the team agreed to skip for 13 and flamed us for being noobs. this let the other team survive 13 very close and it's obvious we would've killed them with lumb green wasted.
