Hello Admins,

For having two game ruiners we did pretty well, still I'd like to report them:

Player: luucker@europe.battle.net
Violated rules: Refusing to help, destroying items (, ragequit)
Descrption & Timestamps:
- 5:00 goes 0-2 early, starts to !ff
~7:00 starts his flame war with Morales. (yellow) which, i guess, made him tilt and ruin
~15:00 team fight top T2 tower, sk running full hp/mana while team fighting, goes into woods
~18:10 team fight mid, enemys T1/T2 tower, sk running almost full hp/mana, takes rune (for some reason)
~18:50 goes in solo and dies
~23:40 in base attacking and destroying his items
~23:55 buys salves and destroys them
~26:20 feeds his courier
Keeps moving to not get kicked
~26:40 leaves game

Violated rules: feeding divine reaper, afking, refusing to help
Descrption & Timestamps:
~19:00 states "me solo now all game"
~21:50 sells boots/ring at secret shop in order to buy a divine reaper
~22:30 fight top secret shop, doesn't help because he's waiting for the gold for the reaper
~25:00 completes divine reaper
~25:30 engages alone in order to feed reaper
spends rest of the game at our fountain, later buys a force staff to ruin more (no real impact)
