this is also not the first time he has done this search his name and you will see. longer ban may be needed since he is clearly doing this on purpose

Just fyi, he was afk. I doubt he didn't build on purpose. Anyway, he still broke a rule and deserves a ban.

Refusing to cooperate by sending alone and not save-send with teammates to win.

So if you will send with team, you can build/push however you want without breaking the rule...quite simple.

Not really - Sub-optimal plays can be considered 'not-bannable', however intentions are still used to judge it - ergo why every brq is judged on a case-by-case, and not generalized, but yes, some people might know what they're doing and are "trolling" without making it obvious, and slip by the first time(s) - Save those replays, build a case and report them (Might take time, but eventually, you will have enough proof to show he's trolling, and not just being 'bad')

After reviewing:

jucktdiekimme went afk around 23/24 minutes mark (No DRM selections after this) till game end

jucktdiekimme@europe.battle.net should be banned for prolonged afk (definitely had some impact as he dind't build being the team's holder)
