1st one is already abusive as he was delaying the arrival at mid (since he wasn't gonna catch any leaks at all)
2nd one is even more abusive ,as he AS 2 LoD's, delaying the arrival at mid, and pulling the aggro from the king.

Confirmed the findings above, and user was delaying his units from going mid and to pull aggro from the king.
